Hi Allan, In order to provide effective support,we need some info about the duplicator and its components.Can you please provide the Stordigital serial number? It is located on the back of the machine(00****).Please state whether the power light for the tray comes on when the duplicator is booted up. Kind regards,Derick

Hi Allan, The cost of a replacement reader for your Premium duplicator would be £15 + vat. Please check first that the connection is not loose to the reader or to the controller, also that the cable is not damaged. Regards,Derick
