CD/DVD Duplicator fault

The CD/DVD Duplicator powers on ok, but none of the front panel buttons work and the display shows only a row of \"blocks\". The CD/DVD trays all open and close normally using the eject buttons. We have checked all obvious connectors and have powered off/on etc but the problem persists.

Hi Louise,
I was just looking through the support tickets and noticed your has not been answered! I do apologise for that. Are you still experiencing the same problem with the duplicator?
I will send you an RMA request form after this message, please complete it and I can authorise your unit for return. Apologies once again its taken so long to reply!
