Acard 1-7 DVD Copier Model Identification

We purchased an Acard 1-7 DVD Copier from you in July 2004, which we are having some problems with when copying TDK discs. The serial number appears to be D487528. Can you please advise the exact Acard model number so that we can download and update the firmware. The label on the motherboard of the unit states ASR2033. Is this the correct model number i.e. without any suffix letters?
