You can send your unit to the following address:

Please ensure you send your machine back in ALL ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Any damage caused to the unit in transit, as a result of improper packaging, will not be covered under the warranty agreement. Please also ensure you write your RMA number (5351-001) clearly on the outside of the box. Kind Regards,
