CD Copies

I have noticed that duplicated copies show track lines that are not there in the Master CD. What does this mean. Is there a way that the lines will not show

It looks like very unusual issue. Having more details about the problem would help us to troubleshoot it .Would it be possible for you to answer the following questions:
1)what media are you using?
2)are you able to play the copied disc? Does it play OK, as the master disc?
3)would it be possible for you to send me one disc that has “track lines”?
Regards,

Hi,
Just had a look on your disc. Do you have tower duplicator? Does it happened on all of the discs or just one?

Customer - 2008-07-31 20:47:16

Hi, I have just duplicated 5 CDs and no lines were visible. I would be trying to duplicate 11 to see the outcome. Would provide feedback by Monday

Hi Dumisani,
Thank you for sending us a sample of your discs. The rings you can see on the underside of the media are actually nothing to worry about. It is not that common that these appear (its usually down to the media used) - but even when they are present, in most cases it will not affect the burning process or indeed playback of the information on the disc.
Hopefully you will find that this is a rare occurence, but none the less is nothing to worry about. If you have any further questions or concerns, please e-mail [edited]. I will not close this ticket. Kind regards,
