cd drive failing

Hi I have a STORDIGITAL CK-PRO 1-752CD Order Number: PN14XF60003501 Order Date: 2006/11/07 23:27 It is not burning to one of the cd drives. If i fill the other 6 drives up and leave the bad drive empty I get a \"target drive not ready\". If i leave a disk in the bad tray it allows the other 6 to work!

Dear Philip, If possible please can you remove the drive and send it back to Cd-Writer.com Ltd. Please fill in a RMA Request.
