We purchased a duplicator on 13 Sept 2005, order No. GE12DP60014869. Unit has worked without fault until this week. One of the CD writer bays now refuses to write to blank disks.
YOu could power down, remove cable, open case, remove cables on the drive, remove screws, remove drive, and let us know what it is - we may have a match.
