CD/DVD Duplicator SN 002813
The duplicator does not copy onto all 3 discs, sometimes it will copy 0,1,2.

Paul, It seems your unit has been sent back to us without an RMA number. Furthermore, the unit is no longer within its warranty period. There is a £50 evaluation fee for us to examine the machine, and then an engineer will give you a quote for the cost of repair. Should you wish to go ahead with the repair, the evaluation fee will be deducted from the total. Kind Regards, [edited] |

I am Pauls IT engineer. I personally fixed the RMA label to the box and also attached an RMA number label to the unit. Pleae go ahead with the evaluation and let us know how you get on. We have not done a lot of duplicating with this unit. I suspect one of the drives has gone faulty.

Hi Bob, Thanks for clarifying that. There was just a little confusion as the number upon the box is your ticket number, not an authorised RMA number, so we weren't expecting the goods back is all!
