Your printer has now been repaired - please let us know when you will send your courier to collec it? We will have it boxed up by the end of today - so anytime after tomorrow 10am should be fine.
But do please let us know which courier it will be, and get them to quote 'RMA S3231' when they arrive, thanks.

Thanks for your email - however please don't reply to these emails, as all responses need to be submitted through this ticket (by clicking on the link at the top of the message).
The printer has a return-to-base warranty, which means that all shipping charges involved in returning the item for repair are the customers responsibility.
However as a gesture of goodwill in this instance I will ship the unit back to you at our cost.
However please note since the unit was returned in non-original packaging we cannot be held responsible if it was to get damaged in transit. We will obviously pack it as best we can in the packaging you sent it in.
If you would like us to ship it please confirm the return delivery address, thanks.

Please double check in the box as the poles have been unscrewd and placed in the box separately to prevent any damaging.

I have checked both boxes and all of the packaging and there are no poles in the box.

I am nealry 100% sure I put them in the box after replacing your singilator. Please double check all of the packaging (bubble wrap in particular) as the poles have been packed up in bubble wrap. |
