I see from the previous ticket that you might prefer to just send back the faulty drive for replacement - that will be ok if you wish to keep the duplicator running in the meantime. Alternatively, you may wish us to fit the replacement and check the copier's other components. Let me know how you wish to proceed also, please provide the Stordigital serial number (00****). As we are in the middle of a move for rebuilding works please can you send within the next week as we will be unable to receive post for some time afterwards.
