dodgy eject button

Hi There, I'm writing from a company called Raw TV. We bought a DVD Duplicator from you in November. The eject function on the master drive hasd been getting increasingly dodgy in the last week. It's now given up the ghost completely. Please can it be looked at?

Will you be happy to remove the drive and send back to us? When authorised. You can use another drive as the source in the meantime. Kind regards.

Power down and remove cable. Remove case screws at rear (around 5). Remove case. Remove cables from dodgy drive. Remove screws from dodgy drive. Remove dodgy drive. Pack and return under RMA number.
