After speaking with technical support they had suggested a firmware update for our CK-Pro 1-10 16x DVD HD Duplicator tower, it is currently using firmware rev. 3.26
Hi Ben, I have sent you the update file. The instructions are included and they should be easy to follow, as I explained to you on the phone. Please dont hesitate to ring if you have any further difficulties.
