Duplicator display not functioning
The disply on our Stordigital7 unit keeps playing up, switching itself off from time to time unexpectedly (or when touched - sometimes), rebooting the whole system. This also happens during the burning process - unexpectedly - so whole batches of duplicated CDs are damaged/unusable. The problem has been discussed (and sent a video of it) with [edited].

Hi Pavel,
Thank you for the address. As part of our returns policy I'm afraid we're required to have the faulty power supply returned to us. Could you please send the faulty component to the following address:

Problem solved. As the technician who worked on it said: "There was a bad connection between the motherboard and the power supply. The connection was too loose. It would help if the hollows in the connection were slightly deformed so they would hold the on to the pins tighter." As such, we didnīt use the new supply. Do you want it back? (Postage is probabaly as much as the value of it.) |

Hi Pavel, I am pleased you have managed to fix the duplicator. Its a shame it was not resolved in this way prior to sending the new power supply. Going forward there are 2 options re the power supply.
01: Send it back
02: We raise an invoice and you keep it as a back up.
Please advise which is preferable.
Kindest regards
