Duplicator drive failure

[edited], following our telephone conversation re the 3 drive stordigital duplicator. It has been failing to complete copying on drive 1 on average 2 out of 50 Taiyo Huyden watershield discs. A costly waste. You said to return it to you and you would send a replacement outby return.

I am sorry I did not understand the protocols that you had in place for returns. I was simply expecting a return number from you. As you may recall, youadvised me to return the drive in a jiffy bag. This I have done. You will know it is from me because I have included two misprinted Taiyo Yuden watershield discs so that you can see the problemwith the printer. Steve, I have received your final RMA slip.It will not be in the Jiffy bag because it was posted before I had this slip. As you suggested because the Drive was obviously faulty, I have returned it in a Jiffy Bag. There was no original packaging because it was in the Duplicator. I trust that this will not cause any problems.

Just letting you know we received back your drive, so have sent a replacement drive out today for delivery to you tomorrow.

The new drive has been installed and seems to be working correctly. At least I have copied 70 discs without any failures. Thank you for your help and patience in sorting this.
