Just confirming we have shipped your repaired unit out today for delivery back to you tomorrow. Please note we included some extra cardboard inside the box just to make it a bit sturdier in transit. The unit had it's controller replaced and was tested thoroughly.

Hi Lynette, your unit has now been tested and we have found that with DVDs, on the third run of discs, the controller keeps re-initializing itself and fails to start the duplication process. This is very strange as the controller in your unit is new. The problem with your unit could well be the power supply as the controller may not be receiving a satisfactory amount of power therefore causing the controller to malfunction. I am liaising with my technical colleagues as we speak in order to find a solution to your problem and get your unit up and running as soon as possible. Kind Regards, Callum
