According to our records your machine is now out of warranty. There is a £50 evaluation fee to look at the machine and diagnose the problem. Anne - I spoke to you this mornign on the phone - before [edited] arrived. Please accept my apoligies for the delay in getting the necessary info over to you. Also be aware that the best method of communicating re your return/repair is via this ticket. That way it gets logged, and its visible for everyone. The phones dont stop ringing here, and everyone is under a lot of pressure, so when there is a problem with a unit, outside what might be considered NORMAL (eg with your machine needing multiple quotes etc etc) sometimes balls can get dropped. Unfortunately we cant put systems in place to detect failures in systems... if we did then we would probably be working for the military or something. Rest assured your duplicator is getting full attention. It is fixed and awaits the final quote being raised. I am sure Dave will have this over to you today. Kind regards, [edited].
