error code 4 on SD100lite

Hi, I've already spoken to your technical support, regarding the problem! Is it possible that you send me an RMA Number to send the defective unit for repair to your place?

There should be a StorDigital serial number located on the device. This is 6 digits long, and begins with '00'. Please provide this number and I'll authorise the return for you.

Hi Sebastian,
I have checked our system and it seems your duplicator (serial number 003031) is no longer inside its warranty period. If you'd still like the unit to get repaired, our engineers can look at it for you. There is a £50+VAT evaluation fee for all non-warranty repairs. If you want to go ahead with the repair, that fee will be removed and you pay only for parts, labour & shipping.

Hi Sebastian,
I'm afraid we don't have any spare boxes we could send you.
My recommendation is to pack the SD100 lite as best as you possibly can, ensuring there is at least 5cm of protective padding between all sides of the duplicator and any box you decide to put it in. This should help ensure a relatively safe journey for the duplicator.

Hi Sebastian, I have tested the machine and found that the robot arm will need to be replaced. one of the motors inside has stopped working and this part cannot be replaced individually. The repair will cost £185 for 1 hr labour & the new arm, plus VAT & shipping. Should I go ahead with the repair?
