error on dulicator when copy dvd
when copying cd, the copy is fine , but when you copy dvd it takes too long an d in between a message comes error and some times it goes to copying but then says error
I am using same dvd media since and have not changed the dvd media or any hting
what can be wrong, pls guide

Hi Abdul,
I am sorry to hear you have problems with your duplicator. Can you please let me know the serial number of your duplicator (white sticker with the serial number [which will look like 001234] can be found on the back of the unit). Please also let me know the firmware version of your machine (firmware version will be displayed on the top right hand corner of the display). What type of error message is displayed on the screen?

Hi Abdul,
Please use alternative, secure packaging – bubble wrap (one inch of bubble wrap on each side of the duplicator) and double walled cardboard box should do the job. Please make sure the unit is not rattling inside box.

Hi Abdul,
The problem with your duplicator has been caused by defective reader. Replacement unit costs £25.00 before vat. Labour should not exceed 1.5 hrs (£60.00 before vat per hour charge).
