Sorry, got distracted at the time. We have had our software disc loaded onto the hard-drive for some time (around 10 months). All we ever did was put the blank discs in the drives and press 'go' with the dial set to 'copy'. However now, although everything is the same we get the error message 'analyse' and 'failed 1, pass 0'. We have tried re-booting several times but this has had no effect.

Please check that the source drive is selected correctly on OPTION 8. What is your phone number?
