Failure of one drive in 3 drive duplicator

Stordigital CK-PRo SD3DVD According to my client - "The bottom drive no longer works…if you put a disc in it just spits it out again without copying and it makes a funny noise when it opens and closes…basically its not happy!! I am continuing to use the top two drives and I don’t want to send this back to the manufactures until the beginning of Feb as that is when we will have a break in production." Thanks
