Hi Peter, Sorry to hear your duplicator has developed a faulty drive. Please give me some more information so we can remedy the situation for you as soon as possible. How long has the drive been faulty and which one is it? Does the drive receive power at all, or does it just not copy the data properly? Kind regards, [edited]

It is the top copy drive, it seems to receive power and makes lots of strange noise but will not copy, shall I take this drive out and return it
