just to re-cap our phone conversation. If you are experiencing an intermittent fault with the duplicator (ie, its working sometimes, but then not on other occasions) it is most like a fault with the media you are using. As I mentioned, i've not heard of the brand you are currently using, so would advise you try an alternative brand of media before you send the duplicator back to us. Kind Regards, [edited]

in that case it is better that i buy the media from you guys then work with that if it is possible can you tell me how much lightscribe dvds 100 pk and cds 100pk is. Ideally i would pefer the the minimum price cds that would do the job. Also how much would normal non-lightscribe dvds 100pk and cds 100pk cost? including VAT and what is the dilivery charge for such a small quantity?

The delivery charge varies depending on the quantity of discs you order. however for a quantity of 100-400 it should be only £7 + VAT.

hi [edited], i brought the verbatim dvds and some philips dvds just incase then i tried to burn using the duplicator on 1master to 2blank dvd, on each of the above two types of dvd this failed, so i tried 1 to 1 on each type of the above dvds. this failed so then i retried the above with a different master cd which i made sure i had been able to copy on the duplicator previously with no problem however even then the machine crashed. This was eight times consecutive and the speed was on low. I would be quite confident now that the machine is faulty. i have tried more than three brands including the rewritable which was supplied also. Please let me know when i can come in and if you are open on sundays
