Fault on sdprem7dvdhd
When switched on (15-10-09) message reads "system boot up fail! pleae restart unit", on restart the same message is displayed. We do have a 2 year RTB Hardware warranty

Your Authorisation number is S2819-001-3462 (separate post with paperwork has been sent to you few second ago). I can confirm that your unit is covered with 2 years hardware warranty so only labour charge will apply (£60.00 before vat per hour).

Hi Neil, Please be aware that prior to commencing work on your duplicator, it was discovered that(probably due to free space in your box)the chassis has sustained some minor distortion and consequently, the case no longer fits 100% - we have some photos should you wish to see them. I am pleased to inform you that your duplicator has been repaired and tested. Please confirm below invoice address and I will get back to you with relevant paperwork to cover the labour (1.5 hrs at £60.00 per hour charge)

We have recieved the Purchase order to cover the labour charge, thanks.
Please confirm when you wish to get the unit collected, so we can have it ready in our despatch area.
Please note we will pack it as best we can, but since the unit got slightly damaged during transit on it's way here, I would suggest you either collect it in person, or take out insurance if you send a courier.
Please give us one day's notice of when we can expect the collection, thanks.
