Faulty 9 drive CD/DVD writer

We have a faulty 9 drive CD/DVD writer which we purchased from yourselves. I spoke on the phone to your Derek on 13.7.07 and he told me it had a 1.06 drive which has found to be a little bit shakey. At his recommendation I am returning the machine for it to be repaired. The symptoms are that after sometime, drives 1 and 9 ceased to successfully write any CD’s. Later on drives 4 & 5 were lost, this was followed by a loss of drive 6 and then a loss of drive 3. Given that only drives 2,7 & 8 remain I’m guessing that it’s only a matter of time until they cease to function also. The machine was purchased through our IT supplier Ventura Business Services Ltd.
