Faulty DP50 Printer
My company purchased a DP50 printer the previous week and when I tried to turn it on nothing happens. the power light is on but there is no movement within the printer.

No jason, I'll organise a swap-out for you. However please ensure the goods are securely packed in ALL original packaging. you may keep the inks, but ensure everything else is packed away.
As the unit was purchased through a company name, a charge of £30 + VAT will be applied to your account should no fault be found with the unit you're returning to cover the cost of shipping.
