Faulty dup tower

have attempted to install the usb option to 3 different computer systems all XP Pro SP2, none see any device listed under any interface option in the image manager software, have checked it is set to host mode, tried different usb cables and we know the ports are active as we can use other devices in them. Dear Adrian - we are going to send you another USB card - however as was mentioned, the unit is seeing 11 devices - whcih in theory means that the card is seen and functioning. Expect delivery early next week. Regards.

Adrian - before we send you the card we will send you firmware update - can you confirm what version of the firmware is on your machine - it will display this during the boot up process. regards.

hi the firware version is 1.56D, however what method should we use to update this if we are unable to use the USB port?

Hi Adrian - pls download this file, burn to CD, put CD in CD reader of duplicator:

Hold down ESC, enter advanced setup, scroll down to update firmware, press ENT, follow prompts

Dear Adrian, I think it will be best if the machine is sent back for testing. Follwoing is a link to returns request form. Make sure you have and USE all original packing and more - the couriers WILL break your machine. Kind regards.
