Hi Robert,
Sorry to hear you're having problems with your duplicator. Is there an error message displayed at all when you try and boot up the unit??

Hi David - yes, it says:
"System Boot Up fail. Please restart unit"
When you restart same message comes up.
Have tried this several times.

Thanks Robert, unfortunately that error tends to indicate that the firmware on the machine has corrupted. The only way to repair this fault is to replace the controller card within the machine.
I will send you a returns request form now, which will follow this message. Please complete it send it back to me. Once done I will be able to give you a returns number and authorise the unit for repair.

Hi Adam,
Sorry for the late reply. Please fill in the paperwork that will follow this post shortly and I will authorise return for you. Please send your DA-5500 with authorisation number (RMA) clearly visible on the external packaging. You will be contacted with the cost of the repair once your unit has been diagnosed. If you decide to repair the unit evaluation fee will be removed from your bill so you will pay for parts and labour only.

I am sorry for late reply. I am pleased to inform you that your duplicator has been repaired (defective controller has been replaced) and tested and it is ready to be shipped back. Can you please confirm the delivery address (Heartland Productions, Glendene House, St Francis Road, Indian Queens, TR9 6QW) and we will dispatch the unit?
