Sounds like the internal memory on your machine may have corrupted. The controller card will mostly likely need to be replaced.
As the unit is no longer in warranty, there is a £35 + vat evaluation charge to assess necessary repairs. Once we have sent you a quote and you decide to go ahead with the repair, the evaluation fee will be removed from your bill, meaning you only pay for labour and any necessary parts.

Are you able to give us a rough idea of how much it would cost to repair, if it is what you think is wrong with it? With our budgets being what they are, our accounts department require a full estimate before we can progress with the repair.

Hi Gareth, I can confirm that the price for a new controller would be £155.00 (exc VAT). We also charge £60.00 (exc VAT) for one hours labour. If you would like the item to be shipped back to you, the price would be £12.00 (exc VAT), alternatively you can collect the item. Please confirm if you would like to go through with the repair.
