Faulty DVD Duplicator

We have a 2 year old Stordigital CK-Pro 5 DVD Duplicator which appears to have become faulty. When you copy from it it either hangs at around 70% or gives a source drive read error, I've tried switching the source drive and this fixed the problem initially but its started giving it on the new source drive too. I spoke to Nick at CD Writer who advised I contacted you with regards to getting it collected and replaced with another model while you repaired it. Please get back in touch and let me know the cost implications of this, we quite urgently need a new / fixed duplicator as we sound out a vast amount of showreels each week (100 - 200) Thanks a lot Ben Hunt
