Faulty HP DVD 1040e (x2)

Spoke to HP about problems with both DVD Writers and this is the HP REF NR: 3488805 Spoke to[edited](12.03.2008)and was told to submit this ticket to CD-Writer.com. We wait for confirmation, so we can return the 2 faulty HP DVD 1040e writers and have them repaired or replaced. Thank You

Hi Norman, you have to fill out the form I sent you, with details of your order number, purchase date, unit serial numbers etc. I can then authorise the return of the goods.
