Hi Karl - OK I understand that you guys spoke to ANDY re this last week - they had developed a rotate problem on the 9000 unit, where the machine would not turn to load a prn file.
He turned off the unit under my request and found it very hard to rotate the picker arm, I advised that it was most likely to need a depot repair as they could not use it, So to get it repaired all they needed to do is put it back in the box, call CD-Writer say you have spoken to me and arrange shipping for the unit to be repaired.
