Firmware DA5500

Hi, I spoke to Tom in Technical support with regards to our DA5500 duplicator. He told us the replacement drive would either have be the Pioneer 111 or 112. I pulled the old drive out of the duplicator machine and the labels states: \"Pioneer CODE DVR-110D\" He told us submit this ticket to have the firmeware sent to us so that we may use it on the replacment pioneer drive.

We have sourced a new Pioneer DVR-110D drive.. Can you please send us the firmware for that model.
