Firmware for SD9CD

We bought a 9 way CD duplicator from CR-Writer.com back in Jan 2006 model no: STORDIGITAL CK-PRO 1-952CD On the case it\'s badged as \"SD9CD\" Anyhow it\'s started saying something about firmware error. It still works ok once it\'s done this. Can you send me the latest firmware and instructions on how to load it as there\'s no USB port on the back of the machine. Hi Ben, in order for us to supply you with the right firmware,please tell us the serial number of your duplicator. It will be on a 6 digit sticker found on the back of the machine starting with the numbers "00****", also, your original invoice number...if available. Kind regards - [edited]

Thanks Ben, the f/w upgrade will be sent to you via email. Please burn the file to a CD and place it in the top tray. Once you've done that, hold down the pink ESC key to enter ADV Setup mode. Scroll down to 12.07 - Update Firmware and press ENT. When duplicator restarts, you may wish to adjust your burn speeds.
