Hopper not dropping discs

The DP50 dropping mechanism seems to be getting stuck, it trys to drop the first disc but fails and also the second disc which it moves to the side slightly is also not happening. I have tried the machine with 1, 2, 3 and 5 discs to which nothing works. I have also changed the CD type

Hi Kriss,
I am pleased to inform you that you printer has been fixed and it is ready to be send back to you. Please note that the unit arrived with us with very minor physical damaged which we have fixed now. This damage has been caused by the fact that the unit has been sent back without original packaging. The unit will be send back to you but we can not take responsibility for any potential damage that might be caused to the unit during transit.

Thank you for replying & fixing the unit. If the unit had some physicall damage I hope the unit will not be sent back in the package it was received in. However, the unit was shipped in adouble wall box with protective polystyring. If the box was damaged in any way it would have been advisable to take photos of the box and sign for damaged so a claim could be made against TNT.

Hi Kriss,
We felt it was unnecessary to take a photo, as the only "damage" was that a panel had popped out from where it was supposed to be. It clipped back in perfectly fine and the operation of the machine was absolutely fine. Had something of snapped or the damage was more sever, we would of course have taken a photo and sent it to you.
We were just letting you know this happened because of insufficient packaging.
We do not have any spare DP50 boxes, but be assured the warehouse will pack your unit as best they can in the packaging you provided to ensure it arrives to you in one piece.
Please be aware though, that we can take no responsibility for any potential damage caused to unit during transit, due to the fact it has no original packaging.

Please confirm the address you would like us to ship back to? Or alternatively you are welcome to arrange your own courier to collect - if you do that please let us know ASAP so we can make sure it's ready.
But if you want us to ship then please confirm the address, as the address from the original order is CV37 9SB, but the postcode on this ticket is CV37 8EB.
