Inconsistant with copying

Hi There, I\\\\\\\'ve been having trouble with our duplicator for the last few days. It has become inconsistant with its succession. At first I thought it was because I was using DVD+R rather than DVD-R but I brought some DVD-R today and the succession is still inconsistant. My work relies almost souly on this machine and your urgent assistance would be appreciated.

Perhaps the reader drive is failing. Can you use the select source option on controller to choose an alternative source drive?
