12 bay duplicator stopped working, have changed kettle plug and power outlet but no joy, it does not even switch on the Fans at the rear serial number= 004737

Please fill in an RMA form that will follow this post shortly and I will authorise return for you. Please note that there is an evaluation fee of £75.00 plus VAT to diagnose the fault for out of warranty repairs. You will then be sent a quote for the cost of repair. Should you wish to go ahead with the work, the evaluation fee will be removed from your bill (so you pay only for labour and any necessary components).

The cost of replacement PSU is £85.00 before VAT, postage and packaging for UK Mainland is £7.00 before VAT (total including VAT is £105.80).
