only 2 of the drives work on my 3 dick duplicator

says it all really..the 3rd one only worked for a day or so then stopped..the duplicator only see\'s 2 drives..it see\'s the 3 at bootup..have i made any silly adjustments by accident??

It might be best you call and speak to one of our engineers, there are a few possible causes to this. Either one of the cables has come loose, or the system needs re-configuring. You can call to speak with Derick on 0208 293 0777.

ah...it dont matter...the usb card maybe faulty...the way everything was set up was like this...the reader drive and the hard drive were conected to blue slots on the main board..and 2 of the drives were conected to black slots on the main board...the usb card was conected to the remaining slot and the third drive was chained on the usb card..by unplugging the usb card all drives work..

also i just noticed a good typo on my my tiicket..its meant to say "only 2 of the drives work on my 3 disk duplicator"..lol

No problem.
The usb card actually can be enabled and disabled through the main menu. With it plugged in in the same configuration, you can go to "Setup" (press ENT) then enable or disable "External I/O Connection". With usb enabled, a PC will see the bottom writer, leaving only 2 for the duper. With it disabled, the duplicator will use all 3.
