Pale printing
I have had trouble with very pale (then after cleaning - what looks like a drop in quality of printing) on our Bravo II.
I have tried all the sensible tests: checking the setup of the printer / ink saturation etc - cleaned and replaced the colour cartridge and connections, run many cleaning cycles - and not yet had a good quality print.
We purchased the printer 29 October 2004 so I'm guessing the warranty has expired?
Please could you advise me?
