Able skills, Unit K5 Riverside Industrial Estate Riverside Way Dartford Kent Da1 5BS 01322 280202 Since buying this machine the stack loader hasn't worked properly, the loader cannot take a dvd to print but jams constantly. Can you please tell me how to rectify this or send a technician to reapir the loader. Kind regards Peter Russell

Peter - have you had support on this outside of the ticket? Have you tried alternative media? How long have you had the product? Kind regards.
