Problem with Primera-Disc Publisher Pro

Our Disc PublisherPro (purchased from you on 19/1/2006) has developed a fault within its one year warranty. The robot arm is twitching/sticking when it moves to the right hand side. Please advise the best way to proceed. Many thanks.
