Problem when trying to copy CD. Source drive works fine. 1st target drive refuses to see disk.
Intermitant problems when copying DVD's high number of failures on all target drives.

hi just package the unit as best you can so that it does not move around when being transported. We have a lot of customers that do that, and so long as unit does not really move you will be ok. [edited]
