Further to my conversation, the seventh drive is not copying on this machine.

We've had back your drive and broken bezel, thanks.
We have sent replacements out today for delivery tomorrow. Please take all care as the bezels are very fragile!
Please confirm that the drive is installed ok and resolves the problem so we can close this ticket, thanks.

[edited] - there are 2 options here - option 1, remove drive and return to us for exchange, or option 2, retunr the unit so we can swap the drive. It is on return to base warranty. So please advise which would be the best solution. To remove the drive can be quite easy, and cheaper psotage :). Kind regards, [edited] |
