We have sent replacements out today for delivery tomorrow. Please take all care as the bezels are very fragile!

[edited] - there are 2 options here - option 1, remove drive and return to us for exchange, or option 2, retunr the unit so we can swap the drive. It is on return to base warranty. So please advise which would be the best solution. To remove the drive can be quite easy, and cheaper psotage :). Kind regards, [edited]
