Our DVD Burner number F05031045 A is having a problem burning DVDs. We put the master in and load the copies, but it doesn't want to copy every DVD. Sometimes it will only copy 1 or none at all.
Pls advise what brand of DVD you are using, have you tried reducing the burn speed, ahve you tried using the Hard Drive if the unit has one? Please try some alternative media. Kind regards.
