Dear David - have you recently changed media - has the problem coincided with your media change? Please try alternative media? Are you seperating the disc prior to inserting? Please ensure seperation. Kind regards.

Have tried with original media that I used to successfully duplicate 300 cds with. I have already tried two alternative media and neither work. I have so far used Imation, Datawrite and one other.
The problem seems to have started recently after having no problems since last July when I bought it.
