Error 0 means that the loader is not operating smoothly. Does the machine make a constant noise when you turn it on. Like a wirring? Kind regards.

nope - it does bugger all - no noise no movement just the error message. This is the 2nd one of these machines I've had and I need this sorting asap

Normally we would expect the customer to receive one unit without problem so I am sorry you have this problem. Your warranty is extended into the second year on a return to base basis. Pls advise what your weekly output is expected to be with this device. You should note that the units operate best when you use consistant media. I think you will need to return it for a rapid investigation and repair. Kind regards.

No I don't want a repair I want a replacement sorting out today. We have only cut 200 CD's since this one has been recieved. We only ever cut the same same CD so we are consistant. What is should we do now?

Having spoken to a very nice chap this afternoon - he agreed it would be the best policy for you to take this machine from us and credit our Mastercard for the full cost of the machine.
We have now packed the machine in its original packaging and it is now ready for your currier to collect. The RMA form is inside as requested.
Please pass on my appologies to your support team for my anger - in my frustration of having 2 machines go wrong in the space of a few weeks after years of uninterupted production I was probably not my normal level polite self.
