SD10DVD Premium does not read CDs

10 16x DVD CD Premium Tower Duplicator bought on 02/05/2007. Firm: [edited] Drives are Pioneer DVR 112D No problem duplicating DVDs but impossible to read any CD I get the message BAD MASTER. I tried several CD?

Hi Didier
Just confirming we have replaced the reader on your duplicator and it tested fine on the bench. We have sent it out today for delivery back to you tomorrow.
