SD7Premium problems

After making some configuration changes, as discussed in the phone call today(11/07/08) The problem still persists; When all 7 DVDs are inserted. only 6 are detected - this is not dependant on any one DVD drive. then only 5 are checked, using the "copy and compare" option. -again, this is not dependant on any one DVD drive.

Hi Greg, Since the reset did not solve the problem, you are now being sent a firmware revision file so that the duplicator's controller can be re-loaded. Please let me know if you do not receive the email attachment today - some mail servers are very strict.Kind regards, Derick
