SD-2000

Hi, we have an SD-2000 card duplicator here. As of this morning it has stopped working. If I try to load a master card into the duplicator it gives the following message \"Create File Failed\". If I try to detect the drives it says \"Error\". Any ideas? (Very Urgent). Thanks.

Hi James - I'm afraid it sounds like the unit has developed a hardware fault and will need to be repaired. Can you please provide the serial number on the unit? Kind Regards, [edited]

Hi - Thanks for the response. I had a little play with it this morning and found that the hard drive was full with SD card images - about 70 - I deleted a few as a test and everything worked fine. I presume everything is ok now?
