Silver printable cdrs

hi i spoke to mick this morning to return this item for a refund, it was poor quality surface and was poorly packaged i didnt even have to open the cds from the wrapping they were all loose and had torn cellophane around. i would really appreciate a refund for these cds and postage or if you can arrange a collection that would be better, thanks andrea
