Stordigital 100 Disc Copier has broken

Hi, I ordered a StorDigital 100 Disc autocopier 2 days ago from CD-Writer.com and it only worked for 1 day, we burnt about 30 discs on it yesterday and when I switched it on today I get a flashing red light and a quiet ticking noise, I spoke to CD-writer.com and they said to raise a ticket here and it will be replaced, they also said it sounds like the HDD has gone.
